XEL Communications, Inc., designs and manufactures various telecommunications products for a number of companies, primarily large U.S. telephone operating companies.
Sequest was part of a small contract team porting legacy router system to a modular telephony platform. Used Linux-based cross-development tools for the MPC860, wrote drivers, diagnostics, and tools, both for product integration and for engineering support. Utilized a variety of network analyzers, simulators and logic analyzers to debug and verify operation of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, (T)FTP, and other protocols.
