Gary Ganz

CEO & Co-Founder

Gary spent eight years at McKinsey & Company, working on strategy and large-scale project delivery across the United States, Europe, Africa and Saudi Arabia. He founded Sequest to build carbon removal that can be delivered at industrial scale, not just contracted.

Richard Gurwitz

COO/CTO & Co-Founder

Richard brings a decade of experience delivering large-scale supply chain and engineering projects. This includes four years at Amazon Robotics, where he implemented and scaled robotics systems across Europe. At Sequest, he uses that experience to build reliable, repeatable, and measurable processes for industrial carbon removal.

Sam Musker

Snr. Technical Advisor & Co-Founder

Sam brings experience across AI, management consulting, and venture capital research. He holds a PhD in Computer Science specialising in AI and LLMs and worked at Boston Consulting Group on carbon strategy. At Sequest, he applies technical depth and commercial insight to complex operational challenges.

The Hon. Wyatt Roy

Former Head of Innovation, NEOM | Senior Advisor

Wyatt advises Sequest on Saudi market strategy, institutional engagement, and emerging technology commercialization. He is an advisor to senior Saudi government institutions on science, technology, and innovation strategies, and previously served as Head of Innovation at NEOM. Earlier in his career, he was the youngest Minister in Commonwealth history and helped architect Australia’s National Innovation and Science Agenda.

Sultan Saud Alsaif

Misk 2030 Leader | Senior Advisor | Decarbonisation Expert

Sultan advises Sequest on Saudi operations, sustainability, industrial decarbonization, and institutional scale-up. He is a Misk 2030 Leader and Chief Executive Officer of TerraFuel, and serves on the boards of Edama Organic Solutions and EADA. He brings deep operating experience across Saudi Arabia's decarbonization, sustainability, and carbon removal landscape, with a track record of turning national mandates into operating assets.

Benji Meltzer

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, Aerobotics | Senior Advisor

Benji advises Sequest on artificial intelligence, remote sensing, precision agriculture, and the data-driven scaling of high-integrity carbon removal. He is Co-Founder and former CTO of Aerobotics, whose AI-powered technology is deployed across millions of trees in more than 18 countries, and previously held analytics and operations roles at Uber. He brings deep experience in AI, agriculture, and digital infrastructure.
